I think it's a shame that you can store the Coop Supercard as a customer card, but not the Migros Cumulus card, if I want to pay with TWINT on the display. The direct connection of a credit card or TWINT to the M app is not an option for me.

Why is that not possible? Because Migros wants you to use their app! (This may also make sense, as the coupons etc. also have to be activated there.) As a TWINT payer with a debit card on file, I would of course also like to have the Cumulus card in the Twint app and certainly not Twint in the Migros app !!!! Why does every bank have its own Twint app ? and doesn't Migros simply give you direct self-service access to your bank account ?

Since the digital redemption of Cumulus vouchers can only be done via the QR code in the M-APP, it is therefore easier to store Twint directly in the M-APP as a means of payment. Since the cashier at the cashier's desk once pressed the non-functioning QR code and the QR code became a barcode, I've been doing the same... also at SelfScanning and SelfCheckout, where I usually go... and the procedure with the barcode works perfectly - the coupons activated shortly before and the blue vouchers with barcode are also accepted... what more could I want?
I wouldn't have any problems paying with the M app, but for security reasons I would only store Migros vouchers there at most, and this credit note doesn't make sense for my household - the alternative prepaid credit card is aimed in the same direction. It's just a shame that you can't make a payment transaction with TWINT and the Cumulus card in a single operation, but need two operations.

Security-related reasons? The "Pay with the app" section is PIN-protected. To integrate Twint into the Migros app, the Migros app simply accesses your Twint customer number in the Twint app so that the correct account can be debited.
