For years, I've been wondering what criteria are used to award Cumulus points.

Since the program began, I’ve received only a few coupons that I’ve actually used:

1. Discount on Aproz water
2. 40% discount on Migros Ice Coffee
3. Cowboy popsicles (considering I eat two a day, that’s about 61 boxes a year at a cost of CHF 362)


And yet, what am I getting for next month? A voucher for cooked ham, which I’ve never bought in my life (I don’t eat it).
