Today, after a long time, I once again used blue Cumulus vouchers to pay at a Migros store. It was very annoying that the 18-digit number had to be typed in by hand for each individual receipt. How stupid and annoying is this in the year 2023! Why can't the number simply be inserted using copy+paste? Migros IT is certainly not a digital pioneer and technology hero, but this user-friendliness should not be a miracle and should have been realized long ago after decades of Cumulus practice.
