I can download the M app to my iPhone without any problems and then display the Cumulus code on the Apple Watch. After half a day, the M connection disappears and it says: 'Unfortunately, we have no connection' and I have to open the M app on my cell phone first so that I can read the Cumulus QR code in the store via the watch. This works perfectly with the Supercard and the code can always be called up on the watch if required. Can anyone help me? Z. Mangold

I have exactly the same problem as Zorinka: the Migros app is currently useless on the Apple Watch. Every time I open it, it says "no connection to iPhone", even though everything else works. So I can't use the Migros Apple Watch app if I always have to open the Migros iPhone app for it to work on the watch.

Hi Luke871, unfortunately our extension app for the Apple Watch is not a "standalone app", it only works as an extension to the mobile app. Therefore, the phone must be within range for the phone to send the data to the watch. Hi Melanie, I know it's been 2 years but the problem persists:
the issue cannot be the connection between the phone and the watch because once you access Migross App on the phone the watch version works for few hours.
It seems like you need to access the app on the phone from time to time to allow the watch to work properly.
