Yes, unfortunately there is a system to this and it's not new, I've reported cases like this before - with no prospect of improvement. It happened to me twice last month that I received receipts for exactly what I had just paid for at the till. Migros' "customer loyalty system" is so bad that it's ingenious again - at least from the competition's point of view. Perhaps Migros should investigate whether their marketing people aren't being bribed by the competition. After all, they now only give these vouchers for every second purchase, so you only have to get upset half as often...

It's now almost always the same for me at the checkout when a receipt comes out :-( Either there's a receipt for products that I've just/recently bought, or then there's a receipt 1-2 days after the promotion has expired for products that were on promotion and that I bought during the promotion week (in both cases the receipts are for nothing). As a Migros customer, I'm starting to feel really screwed.... sorry for the expression. And I also believe that there is a system behind it - regardless of the fact that Migros claims the opposite here in the forum. Migros must be doing this on purpose because they have probably seen that many people redeem these vouchers anyway, even if they don't actually want to redeem them. It must be lucrative for Migros, otherwise they would have changed this system long ago.
