Beautiful bed. We bought two at once. Unfortunately, it also squeaks and creaks a lot. Even tightening the screws didn't help. I would not have expected this for this purchase price and am somewhat disappointed

Thank you very much for your reply! As it took a whole day to collect and assemble the two beds, which is not something that can be done on the side with two small children, the option of returning them (at our own expense and time) is unfortunately of no help to us. Advice on how to get rid of the creaking of the beds or, even better, an offer of help in this regard (as in a previous post) would be much more helpful and, in my opinion, can also be expected from a brand-name bed
