Tried a few times but the new formula is just exactly the same as the last one...I was sent three bars to taste in August and there was one that was really good. I can't explain why it's not the new standard... thanks Migros try to avoid you as much as possible.... finally take Nutella out of your range - it contains 20% palm oil!!! You can celebrate hypocritical environmental protection there....

Hello RIPFarmer2020, we tested 2 bars (Soft, Soft-Choc) and the new variant performed better in both tests. Based on the results of this survey from August 21, we have revised the recipe. Hello, I wanted to ask how long it takes to change a recipe? Are you even trying to find a new one or are these just empty words like so much of what migros has been saying lately? And if you want to do without palm oil then be consistent and take products like Nutella out of the range! Oh no, sorry, it's about gelt!

Hi, dear Migros team I have unfortunately noticed your recipe change (which could not only be due to the omission of palm oil). Is it theoretically possible for you to return to the old recipe? You would make many long-standing customers happy... Kind regards Migros-Chind

Hello Migroschindsiteundje, thank you for your message. Due to the growing customer demand for an alternative to palm oil, we have decided to produce the Farmer Bar with sunflower oil. At the same time, we have also changed the manufacturer. Our goal is clear: Farmer should continue to taste at least as good as countless customers have loved it for many years. Hello Migros, I was a great fan of your old Farmer recipe, and I'm also a great defender of nature. I was pleased to learn that Farmers are now palm-oil free, but also disconcerted by the change in taste. It leaves me with the impression that the bar has a more artificial taste and the consistency is also changed, personally I like it less. I sincerely hope you'll rework the recipe so that it's closer to the old one I'm so fond of. Thank you.

Hello ViertlFamily, thank you for your feedback. To meet our customers' needs, we have replaced palm oil with sunflower oil. Otherwise, the recipe remains unchanged. However, we are aware that the taste and texture are not quite the same, despite the fact that the recipe has not been changed. Hello, I am also very disappointed that the Farmer tastes different. I actually still like it, but the taste was a childhood memory for me that I can no longer enjoy :( Was this made known somewhere before the recipe was changed? And should we be prepared for further recipe changes at Farmer?

Hello Mia2015, thank you very much for your feedback. These are not new recipes from scratch. The existing recipes have largely been adopted. Only the palm oil has been removed from all Farmer recipes to meet the growing customer demand for alternatives to palm. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Brief feedback on the apparently recent recipe change: - Wouldn't it make sense to draw attention to the change in a suitable way? Especially since it is obviously about eliminating palm oil, this would even have a positive publicity effect. But above all, as a customer I would like to know that it's not my fault that the bar suddenly tastes "funny" - I find the new version disgusting and will no longer buy the product. Can this really only be due to the palm oil that has been replaced?
