Great percolators with a unique and long-standing Italian tradition! Regardless of the size (from one to twelve cups), the percolators from Bialetti have been providing excellent and highly aromatic coffee enjoyment for almost four generations! A big compliment and thank you!

The first time we used it, the seal was already leaking. The seal was completely clean, we screwed the Bialetti on as tightly as possible and also tried using less water. Several people tried this with always the same result. Nothing helped. So I wanted to exchange the Bialetti. Customer service didn't believe me. They said it wasn't possible, or that I wasn't able to use the Bialetti correctly (I've made coffee in a Bialetti very often). Apparently, exchanging it would not help either, as the other Bialetti would certainly not work for me either. In the end, after a lot of back and forth, the exchange was approved. But only as an exception. However, I had bought the Bialetti as part of a special offer. When I exchanged it, the saleswoman demanded an additional 8 francs. In my opinion, this was totally unjustified. In the end, we agreed that I would get my money back without having to buy a new Bialetti for the extra 8 francs. An absolutely terrible customer experience!
