Grüezi! does the Exelia Fresh & Supersoft fabric softener - ultra sensitive also contain cationic surfactants (= animal slaughterhouse waste) Thank you for your information, which I unfortunately could not find online.
Hello Martin52, we produce our fabric softeners, detergents and cleaning agents in large quantities. We do not use any raw materials of animal origin. We concentrate on plant-based and renewable raw materials as well as raw materials derived from crude oil. In the future, new raw materials from alternative biomass or CO2 recycling will be added.
This means that all our products are vegan (free from animal ingredients and by-products). This is indicated on the label as follows: "Vegan - free from animal ingredients" or "Free from animal ingredients" or the packaging has a crossed-out pig pictogram.
