Slightly crunchy, and a little acidic.
Perfect with a slightly bland raclette cheese to spice things up. I kept the apple vinegar to extend a stew sauce.

Very tasty. Can be eaten straight from the jar. Slightly sweet, but still with the classic silver onion flavor. Good size for 2-4 people

Just eaten with raclette, they are very tasty and the apple cider vinegar makes them rather sweet and not as sour as we are used to. I like them and am happy to recommend them to others. Thank you for letting me try them 🤗 They are like large silver onions but sweet, so I can recommend them 👌
