Why is it that this product and the vast majority of don pollo products are not made from Swiss chicken/turkey, but from meat that is often Brazilian (and whose rearing standards we know do not match those of Switzerland)? It would be nice to have more products made from Swiss meat. Thank you Migros.
Hello zenna23, thank you for your comment. Buying chicken from Brazil is a question of availability. We already market various Swiss chicken meat products under the Optigal brand, and in part also Don Pollo. In the future, we'll be adding other products from Switzerland. The problem is mainly one of quantity - we don't get so much chicken and turkey meat at once. Migros poultry meat from Brazil is part of a special import program. Very fine and practical in thin slices. But it tastes extremely salty; wouldn't it be possible to reduce the salt content?

The hachdünen turkey breast slices from Don Pollo are part of my brunch.
However, I have given up trying to open the packet by the arrow, as this usually doesn't work.
The flap should be a bit bigger. ...But it still tastes delicious =)
