«Der scharfe Maxx» ist ein natürlicher, aromatischer und äusserst schmackhafter Halbhartkäse. Mit seinem zartschmelzenden Teig und seinem extra würzigen, pikanten Geschmack ist er ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Produziert wird er aus Rohmilch im Thurgauer Amriswil. Nach seiner Herstellung reift «Der scharfe Maxx» während ca. 5 Monaten in einem speziell klimatisierten Keller.
Dieser Käse ist ein Stück Heimat. Er wurde mit einheimischer Milch hergestellt, sorgfältig gelagert, gereift, für Sie geschnitten und verpackt. Und das alles im Wirtschaftsgebiet der Migros Ostschweiz: eben «Aus der Region. Für die Region.»
