I brought my brand new Delizio coffee machine, which is new and defective, to the Soreitenbach branch.
They told me that the machine was going to be repaired. It will take almost 1 month.
So you sell me a coffee machine with which I couldn't make a single coffee. I have to drive to the branch with my FC, wait almost 1 month for the machine to be repaired, then I have to pick it up again.
That does NOT WORK! A NEW MACHINE HAS TO BE SENT TO ME.
If you use the customer as a test person instead of testing the machine at the factory and the customer has to go through all the trouble, that's really sad customer service!

If a new device is defective, it must be replaced with a new device; anything else is simply unacceptable.
But apparently this is Migros service.
There's only one thing to do: place orders with Galaxus or similar providers!

Only Delizio and Cremissimo capsules are compatible with our Delizio machines. However, the Cremissimo capsules are only available in Germany. It is possible that other capsules, such as those from Nespresso, may also fit in the machine. However, we strongly recommend that you only use compatible capsule types. If a defect occurs in the machine due to the use of non-original capsules, this will not be covered by the guarantee. We hope that we have been able to help you with this information. Why was the item "artificially" made more expensive? After deducting the discount, this machine is still CHF 20 more expensive than at Galaxus, for example!

Which capsules fit in the machine? Only Delizio or do the Café Royal ones also work?
The ones from Café Royal are only for the Nespresso machines. You can use the Delizio here, but Coop and Aldi also have suitable capsules.
Hello aemeee Thank you for your inquiry. Only two capsules are compatible with our Delizio machines: Delizio and Cremissimo. The Cremissimo capsules are only available in Germany. It may well be that other capsules also fit in the machine, but we do not recommend this for a specific reason: if the machine develops a defect due to the non-original capsules, this is not covered by the guarantee.
