Fell apart when I put it together. Terrible quality. Not fit for purpose. I contacted customer service and their automated response was that it will take them a long time to get back to me. It's true, I haven't heard anything since. Very poor customer service.

I bought this item, 70x100 CM. It does not hang together (comes apart) is therefore totally unusable!!!

Pretty, but somewhat bulky frame for the small 10 x 15 cm picture size. The pane is thin Plexiglas with a removable protective film on both sides. Unfortunately, the position of the bending fixing clips for the back cover does not allow the otherwise variable hook for possible wall mounting in landscape format to be positioned in the middle. This is not a problem with portrait format. (Tried with three purchased frames)

If you want to design the frame yourself like I do, it's very good. Also that you don't get any sprouts.
