Hello titet, thank you for your inquiry. Milk Frey Branches were previously called Classic Frey Branches. There is no difference between these products; only the name and design have changed. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Would it be possible to pack the branches with a less polluting material? Because right now, that's a lot of waste for a cardboard box...
Hello tichon, thank you for your message. We have passed on your valuable suggestion to the packaging designers. But we can't promise that we'll be able to make any changes at the moment. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

what do the 4 colors of the shocking sticks blue green red and money mean?
Good morning pas77 It's just for looks, so no difference in taste. best regardsFrederica
Hello pas77, thank you for your question about the Schoggistängeli. As Frederica correctly writes, these colors have no meaning in terms of taste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The classic Branchlis are delicious, but I prefer their brothers, the dark ones (noir), which taste several times better to me, but are usually only available in packs of 5 in Migros, so you're happy shopping there
Hello Huerdlianer10, we're delighted that you like the Branches Noir so much! It's true that they are only available in packs of 5 in the standard range. In any case, we wish you lots of fun on your next shopping trip and of course "no en Guete" :). Best regards from Zurich, your M-Infoline team

Dear guest
We are very sorry that you did not like the Branches. However, we can assure you that the recipe has not been changed. Chocolate is a product that is made from raw materials, cocoa beans, milk powder etc.. These natural products may be subject to natural variations. The difference you feel may be due to this. It should also be mentioned that minimal changes in the taste of Branches cannot be 100% ruled out for technical production reasons. Nevertheless, we checked the retained samples of Branches Classic 1015.588 Lot BES2 and had them tasted by various people. No caramel taste or any other taste deviation was detected.
We hope that the Branches will taste better again in the future and wish you a nice fall day.

hmmm, fine brioche, very fine - until the last action anyway. recently they taste a bit like caramel, like when you bite into a risoletto. still fine, but not what you'd expect. i don't like to buy them like this any more.
Hello guest
Can you give us the M-Data's and the LOT number? With this information, the specialist department knows which production it concerns and can check the retained samples.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team

I'll be very happy to check the packaging in two or three days. right now I'm on vacation ;-)

So, if I've got the right number, that would be BES2.
I'm curious...

Dear consumers, dear Migros :)
Has anything changed in the recipe in recent years? It seems to me that the taste is no longer as good as before. The taste is like that of Cailler chocolate or Arni also went in that direction. Has anyone else noticed this, or am I the only one? It could also be that something is wrong with my taste buds :)

Guest
I've wondered the same thing myself. Haven't they become less chocolatey but sweeter?
I'm guessing a lower cocoa content and more sugar...
Hello guest
We can assure you that the recipe has not changed. Chocolate is a product that consists of raw materials. E.g. cocoa beans, milk powder, etc. These raw materials are subject to natural variations in taste. Perhaps this is the reason for your observation.
On the other hand, the taste of branches can also change during storage.
If you notice anything again, please return the pack to the customer service department in your store and ask for clarification. We can investigate the matter in detail with a sample.
