First the delivery was delayed for months. Then it took three delivery dates. On the second, the slatted frames were forgotten and then later placed in the entrance to the house without notice/information. Last but not least, my credit card was overcharged. Customer service dealt with everything with 08:15 phrases and standard emails. An absolute nightmare.

I (40 years old) have had the frame (100x220) for 4 years and am absolutely happy with it. I ordered the same model 2 months ago for the guest room. I can recommend the frame in combination with the ELANPLUS III mattress.

I have just received such a frame with a rather expensive mattress (medium firmness). Although I weigh around 100 kg, the mattress is still too hard. So I wanted to adjust the slats to take away pressure points. However, I can't find any instructions on how to adjust the frame on the MiCasa website - what a shame. Can you publish a link where these instructions can be viewed? Thank you very much.
We have now had two of these slatted frames for about 1 month. Unfortunately, one of them has already broken a plastic connector in the shoulder zone. This calls into question the longevity of this product a little... It's difficult to say at the moment whether we sleep better with it. My wife (rather small and narrow shoulders) thinks not. For me (rather tall and broad shoulders) it seems to be a little better, but not ideal either. But perhaps the mattress (ELANBASIC II medium) is simply not ideal in combination with this product.

There are no precise instructions on how to set the sliders correctly for back sleepers, for example.... and as with other Bico slatted frames, the amplifier sliders cannot really be set to "soft", the middle slats remain firmer than the rest:-(which is the biggest problem for me! As a back sleeper weighing 60 kg and 162 cm, I don't need a firm middle zone because otherwise the mattresses are pressed into my back:-( ...I have now ordered a Bico-Isabelle mattress and hope to finally get a good night's sleep!
