Texture perfect, simple packaging is ingenious, all around perfect I will continue to buy this
The bar tastes delicious.
However, it was a little too sweet for me and had a very "rubbery" consistency. The bar was very filling.
The bar coating is chocolatey and crunchy and the taste of cookies & cream comes across really well. The filling, on the other hand, is rather bland and neutral, but the consistency of not too sticky and not too firm is just right.
WOW , delicious ...I didn't expect this . I highly recommend it.
It's perfect for my taste. I have a sweet tooth and I love chocolate.
The packaging is sober and seems well suited to this type of product.
The texture is good, without being too firm or sticky. The taste isn't too sweet, but the "Cookies and Cream" aroma isn't strong enough for me. It would be interesting to develop a vegan version of this product.
Not knowing protein products
Packaging too plain, texture too thick, appearance to be reviewed. Not a fan.
The taste reminded me strongly of a Milky Way. Even though I probably wouldn't have guessed "Cookies & Cream" when blind-testing, I found the overall taste very successful and delicious when eating. However, I personally found the aftertaste rather artificial.
The consistency was slightly rubbery, but by no means dry. This is exactly how I imagine a protein bar to be: firm to the bite, filling and a pleasant feeling when chewing.
I particularly like the "retro-style" design. It fits in harmoniously with the Barebells product line with varieties such as "Salty Peanut" or "Hazelnut & Nougat". (Personally, I like this simple look more than the colorful varieties of other Barebells bars). The fact that you can't tell at first glance that it's a protein bar makes the product more visually appealing for me.
Strange protein taste. Packaging is not exactly a hit.
It has very attractive packaging and good nutritional values. It really does taste like what it says on the tin, namely cookies & cream, but still like a protein bar.
