I was thrilled at first, but the longer I used it, the less supportive the pillow became. Not even two years old, it is now mostly "lumpy*, you put your head in holes and always have an uncomfortable spot. I regret buying it because I need a new pillow as soon as possible. My neck can no longer cope with this lumpiness.
