I bought a new frame because it fell down and the glass was broken. It is delivered new with plexiglass, and it says that it is shatterproof. Well, frame replaced, hung up, fell down & plexiglass is broken :-(

The frame is beautiful. The plexiglass has a film on both sides so I can protect it well. The hanging mechanism could be better. The idea is great but in my case the holder has bent a little and to repair it the picture frame has to be dismantled. As soon as the bracket bends slightly outwards, which can happen with the thickness, the picture stands out from the wall and that bothers me personally. All in all, this is a good frame.

I was still wondering why the pictures looked so matt. It was only when I read the reviews that I realized that there was still a film on them. It's a shame that you're not made aware of this when unpacking and framing. Otherwise, the product is perfectly fine. One more thing about the delivery service: Planzer takes 6 days to deliver three 70x100cm frames. Microspot can deliver a similarly sized and much more expensive item in under 36 hours.

The frame itself is beautiful. But what is described as art glass is simply plastic that obscures the picture in a milky way. At least with the size 70cm x 100cm. An absolute joke.
