Try for the first time, very good, soft and crispy at the same time

If you eat too much pizza, it's time for pinsa. I love it!
Good, but the specified baking time is too short, better pre-bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees.
The dough was "tangy" after baking, did not rise. Inedible - had to be disposed of in the garbage can...
if you don't feel like making your own dough, this is a good alternative
