Crispy crust. Very tasty. Long shelf life.
Alpine bread was always super fine and airy, but for the last 2 weeks it has unfortunately only been a compact cardboard. is still edible but unfortunately no comparison to before. weight is still correct, but the bread is a few centimeters smaller overall than before. hope it changes again. really a pity.
