Great egg substitute for cakes or desserts!
I've only bought it once and haven't tried it yet.
Perfectly replaces eggs in baking.
I baked a carrot cake. Unfortunately it remained doughy. Do we need to change anything in the recipe if we use the egg substitute?
Unfortunately, it didn't work very well for the savory quiche with zucchini and tomatoes. The icing didn't set. But maybe I did something else wrong 🤷🏼♀️
