Does this extract also work with organic spelt flour?
Hello Ylang, thank you for your inquiry. Organic original spelt flour can be used to mix with sourdough extract. But the most common is rye sourdough with wholemeal rye flour. However, wheat flour or spelt flour can theoretically also be used for mixing. However, you should always choose flour with a high type or whole grain. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
