Are these potato chips certified gluten-free and suitable for people with coeliac disease?

Hello Dirza, Alnatura Corn Chips Nature do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten". The slightest traces of gluten can never be completely ruled out. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, does it contain trans fat? How much does it contain? Is that right, it does not contain gluten? How much acrylamide does it contain? All the best

Hello tomash The Alnatura corn chips do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, and no traces are to be expected. As the corn chips are fried in unhydrogenated sunflower oil, trans fatty acids are also not an issue. Alnatura's position on acrylamide is as follows: "Both we and our manufacturing partners test the acrylamide content of relevant Alnatura products at regular intervals. Depending on the natural ingredients, the proportion of acrylamide that forms naturally during production can also vary greatly. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to provide you with generally valid values. However, we can inform you that only very small traces of acrylamide are measured in Alnatura corn chips.
