When will A2 be followed by quark and yoghurt? Why is A2 not organic? Why is A2 only available in very few stores?

Unfortunately, Migros Zurich only had the milk. So I made my own yogurt from it. Unfortunately, Migros Zurich has been out of milk for almost a year now. It is said not to have sold well.....I find this absolutely unbelievable.
