The product is OK. However, shipping took longer than stated. Ordered on Thursday, the item should have been delivered on Friday, but only arrived on Tuesday.

Good product and efficient for the job.
I am not satisfied with this document shredder, because after 2 years it should not already be "spinning" under normal use. Should be able to withstand more.
