I generally like the product, but I have had 3 warranty claims with it.
The first was a loose contact after 2 years. Somewhere in the connection to the internal power supply there was a loose contact, which is why the shaver only worked at a special angle. I honored the warranty and bought a new one.
After about 2.5 years, there was something wrong with the battery in the newer one. It is normal for batteries to lose capacity after a certain amount of time, but the battery was not charging at all. As it wasn't deep discharged or permanently connected, I think it has something to do with the quality of the battery or something else.
I was still able to use the shaver with the cable.
The cable broke today. The pole connector broke off when I pulled it out. I hadn't used much force, but the plastic was probably brittle and the plug wasn't straight to begin with (slightly bent inwards, making it difficult to fit the plug into a socket).
Theoretically, I would still have a warranty on it, but I probably won't make use of it. (It may not even be accepted, as the plug can also be easily broken by force and the battery is difficult to check)
I had the first razor for about 2 years and the second for not quite 3 years. Both had quality defects which caused them to stop working. During the period of use they were fantastic. The handles stayed sharp, it has a variety of attachments and it is also good for beard shaving. From my personal experience, I have to say that the shaver only lasts 2-3 years with regular use.

As the battery is no longer charging, its life cycle has probably come to an end. However, as I am satisfied with the trimmer, I would like to replace the battery. Where is this available?
After 1 charge, the shaver no longer works and the battery is unresponsive. The worst item bought at migros. It's time for real professionals to manage these products.
As a beard trimmer, it does not meet my expectations. Even on the lowest setting and with the appropriate adapter, the beard is practically "left alone" after a week, i.e. not trimmed. My old appliance could be set much lower. Basically a bad buy for me.
