I had it with me on a hike and after 5 hours my food was cold during the lunch break. I filled it with hot water before filling it to preheat it.
Points for the compact size and because it is really leak-proof. Maybe I'll give it another chance when it's less cold.

Two major hygienic negatives: 1. the pressure equalization button in the inner lid is unfortunately not sealed against the inner cavity. This makes it easy for water to run through the valve into the inside of the plastic lid during cleaning, where it can no longer be removed. 2. the sealing ring of this button cannot be removed for cleaning. If there were spare parts available, you could buy a new lid from time to time (but that would still be a bit silly...). But there are no spare parts, as I can see. Conclusion: Unhygienic for food and therefore not recommended as a "food container"
Perfect size for school trips or a small lunch on the go. Insulation and tightness are great.
