The folding holder is difficult to insert into the mop slots; it gets stuck, and you have to bend down. Compared to other brand-name products, the plastic parts and the joint don’t seem very sturdy, and I can already tell where the first break will occur. The telescoping handle and grip are also uncomfortable. Overall, the device feels rather flimsy; they skimped on the materials. At least the replacement mops from the previous model fit just barely, so I don’t have to buy all new ones. I’m still considering returning the device. Too bad.
Worst quality ever, the telescopic handle couldn't be tightened properly to maintain its length, the folding holder had to be replaced twice in a very short time because it broke, and now the telescopic handle is also broken, probably because someone tried to tighten it more... This is how Migros can generate sales, by forcing customers to repeatedly replace parts of the cleaning device.
I am extremely appalled by these disposable items. I would rather pay more and have something durable.
