I love this springform pan. I've just bought a second one so that every household has one to hand. And yes, it's not 18cm in diameter, the base is 17cm and the clamping ring rim is 17.5cm. I particularly like the high rim. I bake wonderful cheese, bacon, leek and apple tarts in it, and heavenly Dutch apple pie. The springform pan is just perfect for me and the quality seems good so far.
