It's actually very good and I've been using it for years. However, in my opinion, the last refill bag smells very strongly of a chemical that I can't identify. Until now, the smell was pleasantly neutral. I hope that it is just a faulty batch, otherwise I would unfortunately have to look for an alternative.

This PHbakance has PEG-55 in it. There is also PHbalance 3in1 which does not contain PEG-55, which would be healthier for the skin.
