I've loved it so far. BUT i find it absolutely outrageous that a cheap product that is absolutely indispensable in everyday life has just been removed from the online range:
"Unfortunately, the item has been removed from our online store range due to transportation and logistics costs. However, the product is still available in our stores." migros customer service.
i'm not mobile, can't go to the store, only order online. i'm also on a very tight budget, and don't want to go without ANY MORE food because the only alternative to this toilet paper costs more than twice as much!
should i eat less, or use the toilet less?
so unfriendly to poorer customers and non-mobile people.
Fair price, but there used to be 16 for less than CHF 10...
