When you have a bad cold, using these rough tissues damages the delicate skin on your nose... It's a shame to see the quality decline so much—but not the price, unfortunately!

Handkerchiefs used to be soft, but today they are hard and unusable.

They used to be really super soft as advertised. Recently, however, I have also noticed a decline in quality. They seem rough and even when crumpled they now sound like paper. Please go back to the old manufacturer.
