I have tried it and it is brilliant!!! But you can't buy it anywhere!!! It's totally annoying and that's why my rating is only neutral! It's like holding the bone out to the dog and taking it away again!
It is perfectly fine but it is not indicated when it is best to take it.
I've been sleeping like a baby for 2 days, thank you!!! I came across the product because I have often woken up with calf cramps recently. I think the combination with lemon balm and valerian is great for getting a good night's sleep.
I have to say they are really good, I often have a hard time sleeping, since I've been taking them a little something has improved
