The adhesive is very sticky, making it difficult to remove from the gum appliance. After that, some remains in the mouth and it's still a pain to remove all of it, which is not easy despite brushing, cream and rinsing with warm water and a tablet. I found an alternative in a chemist's, a gentler formula based on olive oil and herbs, 99% certified organic.
