Maybe it's just an expensive vitamin product with creatine, but it works. We tried it for over a week. In between we also slept nights without it and we can say that the energy level is definitely higher when the product is taken before going to sleep.

I am more than thrilled and surprised at how well it works! Although I only slept for 4-5 hours every night, I woke up feeling refreshed, had no problems getting out of bed and felt super refreshed at work and was able to give it my all. I can really recommend giving it a try!

Helps me sleep and I feel better in the morning. I often use it when traveling. Only a larger pack would be better. The 7-pack is available online.
