Super product, I can't do without it in fall and spring. I have fibro and severe problems with the cold, get icy pain in my lower back and shoulders. It doesn't make it go away, but helps more than Algifor and Dafalgam or stronger.
The first few times it gets very hot for me and burns for a while, then it just warms and feels good.
It's also practical to apply and doesn't smell too strong.
