I tested the 5 blade version. For what it is (cartridge shaver) it is good. But yes, the cartridge needs to be replaced after 3-5 x use. As with any razor like Gillette and Wilkinson, I researched the OEM and really found it: The razor here is the Dorco FVA1000. Dorco holders are cross-compatible. That means most heads go on most holders. Which is nice at a price of 5 CHF. The heads enjoy a high reputation and were/are also used in the Executive Line of Dollar Shave Club, among others. + inexpensive + well-known manufacturer + huge variety of available heads (google Dorco razor) To all those who miss the old, predecessor holder: This was the Dorco TRA1000, marketed in their Pace line. It is still available today.
