I bought this pump today. But I don't understand how to inflate a tube with a presta venitl. Please help.
The pump worked perfectly until recently. Now the valve in the cross pin seems to be defective, it no longer lets air through. I need this pin as a spare part (can be unscrewed, the hose is screwed onto one end). Where can I get it?
We lost the screw cap at the front of the valve. The children must have been playing with it... Is there a spare part for it?
Unfortunately, the rubber insert is now broken from being changed so often. Is it possible to obtain spare parts?
Additional instructions were missing. You have to unscrew the cover and turn the rubber itself and also the part under the rubber! The rubber is easy to grip when the closing lever is in the closed position. https://youtu.be/Sn_HXDV9rHw
Does not work. I had read through the comments before use and changed the rubber for the smaller valve. It does not work. Could not find a youtube video nor was a description included with the delivery. I ended up inflating the tire with my old manual pump. I could have saved myself this purchase....
The valve change is very poorly described, not everyone has YouTube present! Otherwise the article is flawless.
The pump itself is great. Only the instructions for changing from one valve type to the other are totally inadequate.
