Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables.
Cauliflower! Grown perfectly, nothing wrong with it.

Too many leaves and stalks on the cauliflower, you throw 1/3 of the purchased quantity on the compost. Things were different 30 years ago, when the green waste was not part of the product.
A delight, I love this magnificent vegetable.

If completely fresh, only delicious and regional
I like it more raw.
