Why are organic leeks only available as cut-off, pale stumps? The healthy, more valuable green part is missing. This makes no sense for consumers who want to eat healthily.
Unfortunately not always nice and green and fresh.
Always fresh and tasty
Versatile, a great product.
Rarely purchased. Yellow packaged leeks are preferred as a leek vegetable.
