A must in the fridge and on the plate. Every day as a snack, in a salad or as a side dish on the table

Wonderful sizes, versatile. delicate to preserve. Must be consumed quickly = within about 4-6 days, otherwise rotten = gray at the ends where green sprouts.
You can tell the difference with the carrots, organic are great
