This pumpkin bites very hard
gratin, soup or pastry, this is undoubtedly the best "squash".
Time-consuming to peel, but very fine taste. I wash the seeds and lay them on a cloth to dry. The dried pumpkin seeds are a welcome snack.
Pumpkin is healthy and the selection and quality were just right.
Tasty squash, keeps well out of the fridge. Fair price
