Better to buy in the Asia store
This is the season for mushrooms, and seeing them made me want to cook them.
Even though they are cultivated mushrooms they have done well in our dishes.
The quantity is perfect and so is the quality.
Very good quality, good price/performance ratio, good packaging.
Perfect for Asian dishes
Mild in taste and easy to prepare. Soups or fried dishes.
Recently, the quality has not been the same as a few months ago. It's a shame, I won't be buying them again for the time being.

It's a hefty price, but I'm very willing to pay it for a product from Switzerland and in organic quality. We really like it for Asian dishes and ramen broth.
My favorite mushrooms in terms of taste. Mixes well with less noble varieties.
