A small suggestion: it would be helpful to include the date of manufacture and/or expiration date.

Unfortunately, it's usually already gone bad by the time I open the package after two or three days.
Good arugula, quality e.g., size of leaves, pungency varies greatly throughout the year. Always check the product beforehand. In my experience, larger leaves come from older plants with a stronger (bitter/pungent) taste.
