Price performance is right
It's interesting, but I always prefer individual selection of endives to ensure uniformity of size. Their shelf life is limited, although storage at the bottom of the fridge may prolong their freshness slightly.

There should be larger pieces in some packs and smaller pieces in others. I need larger ones for cooking and smaller ones would be better for salads.
