Chicory always works. Simply cut into 0.5 cm thick strips, add salad cheese, dressing with: 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp organic apple vinegar, mustard and Pfiffikuss spice -> done -> delicious 😋
Good, but will not keep for more than 3-4 days in the fridge.
