Thank you for selling papaya
Since it wasn't damaged, I left it near some apples and bananas for a few days. It ripened nicely and tasted good.
Maturity is very different
Excellent when ripe, fruit of the Solo variety, endemic to Brazil, excellent for combating gastric problems, regulates digestion.

Probably the best papaya I have ever tasted outside of the growing regions (or not from the tropical house in Wolhusen where I once worked). Perfectly ripe, sweet, not a hint of the sharp bitterness that you often find in small papayas.
I really liked it, it reminded me of my childhood.
