Dry, tasteless, falls apart into individual cells. Smells very strong and chemical when unpacked. This winter, we have already bought several inedible specimens that were completely dried out and tasteless.
Transport from China is ecologically questionable. The Israeli product that was sold a few years ago was worlds better.
