Too bad the lemons are unripe and green, but since I buy organic I have to rely on them.
Very small and still green when last purchased. It took a lot of force to squeeze them and yet 1/4 remained in the peel. Tip: peel small lemons and put them and their seeds in the Vita/Thermomix = more "yield" ;)
They are great. But please also sell them individually, there are too many!
